Recap 2023

2023 has come to an end and has been a very prolific musical year! I met and played with fantastic musicians and discovered new repertoires. Some of the highlights were the premiere of Wasted Land at the Radialsystem in Berlin with Nico and the Navigators. The piece, based on Eliots The Waste Land had a warm public reception and was played 4 days in a row. Another important moment was the premiere of Polypontes from Ehsan Ebrahimi at the Sprengel Museum of Hanover with the Asambura Ensemble. The work for ensemble, track, live electronics and video projection featured very strong and emotional moments.
I had the privilege to present my solo program Nocturnal alte und neue Klänge for lute and guitar – which is a part of the solo cd coming this year – at the Höri Musiktage on the Lake Contance and on three other locations in Hannover. The program features early barock and contemporary music and I am looking forward to develop it further this year.
At the end of the year I made my debut with Capella de la Torre and I played three different programs and a cd recording. I will be featured in more concerts this year.
Stay tuned for updates!
